first order of mieli thun online

at the moment of your first purchase, before the order is confirmed, you’ll be asked to register by filling out a form and entering your data. registration is in no way an obligation to buy and, if you think it necessary, you can request that your data be cancelled after the transaction. after completing this operation you can use your login data to make any additional purchases and to check on the status of your orders.

on your registration form you must enter your email address (user name) and a password. the other mandatory fields are: first name, last name, address, postal code and phone number. you can subscribe to the  mieli thun newsletter by checking the "yes" box.

products

availability

availability if not otherwise indicated, the products shown in the selection are all in stock and available. some honeys are produced only rarely and with some difficulty, so they are only available for short periods each year.
if we run out of a product during your purchase, you will be contacted promptly and can decide whether to wait until it is available again, substitute it with another product or, if payment has already been made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account.

right of return

all the products you purchase may be returned in compliance with the conditions set forth in legislative decree no.185 of 22 May 1999. mieli thun guarantees every client of this website 10 days’ time after the date of delivery to return the product without penalty. the products purchased may be returned only if they are in perfect condition (jars unopened and still sealed). We will refund the entire cost of the order, deducted the shipment costs, in compliance with Italian law. legislative decree n.185 of 22 May 1999.

status of the order

the status of your order can be monitored by activating the dedicated section of the user panel and entering your user name (email) and password.

shipment

from the moment in which it receives the order, mieli thun reserves 5 working days to fill and ship it.
When the order is shipped, the customer receives an email message containing the shipping code.
During the Christmas holidays, New Year’s and Easter, shipping times may suffer some delays.
mieli thun shall not be held responsible for delays due to the courier.

prices: for orders of more than eighty (80) euro, shipping costs are absorbed entirely by mieli thun for orders totaling less than eighty (80) euro, a shipping charge of eight (10) euro is charged to the customer prices: all prices include VAT.

Invoice request: any request for an invoice must be made at the same time as the order, by specifying the request in the notes.
